Mommy & Me (18 months to 3 1/2 years old)
Mommy & Me classes are designed for the teacher to help you assist your child in learning gymnastics. We explore basic motor development through songs, warm-ups, and the use of an obstacle course. Toddlers will learn very basic gymnastics skills, including rolls, jumps and balance.  The class is structured and learning takes place in a comfortable environment that promotes socialization and smiling.

Preschool Gymnastics (3 & 4 years old)
In our co-ed Preschool classes, the social skills of sharing, helping others, and listening politely are as important to learn as gymnastics skills. Gymnastics classes are typically youngsters' first experience with a "school" setting. Gymnastics classes for this age group cater to the children's need for social development as well as movement education.Teachers of this age group present the students with basic gymnastics skills such as rolling, swinging, jumping, and balancing. Body positions, which they will use month after month, are instilled through repetition. These positions include tuck, straddle, pike, and stretch. More difficult skills such as backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels are attempted with the aid of the teacher. Mastery of these challenging skills is not expected at this age. Children must be potty trained to participate.

Beginner Level 1 Girls
This is the introductory level of our recreational gymnastics program. As they progress, students will notice an increase in balance, strength and flexibility. Students are introduced to all gymnastics apparatus, including the bars, beam, vault, and trampolines. Gymnasts will have mastered rolling forward and backward, a handstand and cartwheel before progressing to Beginner Level 2. Class length is 55 minutes. Student to teacher ratio 8:1.

Beginner Level 2 Girls
Gymnasts will already know the fundamentals of tumbling at this level. With a focus on proper technique, gymnasts continue to build strength while training new skills on each event and gymnastics dance is incorporated. Gymnasts will have mastered a round off, standing backbend with kickover, a pullover on the bars and have the ability to do basic skills on a medium height balance beam in order to advance to the Intermediate Level. Class length is 55 minutes. Student to teacher ratio 8:1.

Intermediate Level Girls
Intermediate level gymnasts will have progressed through our beginner levels or have been placed through evaluation. In addition to meeting the requirements at previous levels, gymnasts will be able to perform a back handspring on the floor unassisted, a cartwheel on a mid level beam, back hipcircle on bars and a handspring to flatback over the vault table before moving to the Advanced Level. Class length is 1 hour and 25 minutes. Student to teacher ratio 8:1.

Advanced Level Girls
Gymnasts that are at this level have typically elected to not be involved in competitive gymnastics even though they have acquired the skill level necessary to compete. They can still enjoy progressing in the sport without committing to the rigorous schedule of a team level athlete. Class length is 1 hour and 25 minutes. Student to teacher ratio 8:1.
